Today I am starting to eat gluten free products...I am now aware that there are a plethera of foods available that are gluten free. 
For Breakfast, along with a spinach and mushroom omlette I had a gluten free bagel. 
For Dinner, I had gluten free spaghetti tossed with veggies.
For Dessert, I had a gluten free, casein free, dairy free swiss cake role topped with gluten free, hydrogenated oil free, high fructose corn syrup free whipped topping. 

None of these things tasted quite right but they will do.  What I am realizing is that there are several things I will need to learn to cook on my own.


  1. Definitely tons of products out there, but. . .What on earth was in that fake swiss cake roll?? Kinda scary;)

  2. annie, i've been gluten free for almost a year and i'll happily share recipes with you!! i have found that Udi's breads and bagels are by far the best gluten free breads around!!
