The key is planning as it sounds like you are going to do.<br /><br />We started a blog/website (www.vegadventure.com) and have posted some recipes. A friend of mine from college (David Goldband, not sure if you remember him from DU) is also going to start posting recipes he makes or finds. Once you're through a full month, you'll have enough recipes to keep it going, if that's what you want. <br /><br />It's strangely fulfilling not to eat meat. You discover new food you never would've tried (you may need to open yourself up to onions).
